UNIQUE PLACEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM
Every student applied for campus placements will have to undergo the Campus RecruitmentTraining Program organized by the Student Career Advisory and Placement Support Team in association with the Karunya Institute of Medical Science (KIMS). The program is designed to aid candidates in their preparation for recruitment through campus. This program helps the students to get trained and to deliver their best in the selection process of various corporate tied up with Karunya Institution (KIMS). For better work experience, students need to go through internships and placement training program that has been organized at Karunya campus.
The main objectives are
To cultivate the habit of learning while sharing.
To inculcate the practice of researching on topics relevant to the development of the society, state and country in whole.
To imbibe the practice of the best presentation skills by the students sharing the knowledge and in turn reinforce, the importance of those into practice the learned theories.
To induce the prominence of networking amongst the students from different courses as it will lead to synergy and forming of cross-functional teams.
